Rolls-Royce stars in BBC TV documentary

Rolls-Royce has allowed the BBC unprecedented access to some of the UK facilities to film an hour long documentary which explains 'How to build a jumbo jet engine'. Over 130 Rolls-Royce employees played a vital part in ensuring this project advanced from an idea to reality. Now the programme is set to be screened in the UK on Sunday 4 July on BBC2 at 9:00pm.

* 27 June - (BAE Systems) - How to build... a nuclear submarine
* 4 July - (Rolls-Royce) - How to build... a jumbo jet engine
featuring Rolls Royce (Derby) Band
* 11 July - (QinetiQ) - Britain's secret engineers

The programmes will be shown in the UK first, but there are plans to broadcast through BBC Worldwide later in the year.
